David has a 20yr career in finance and asset management in London. He worked for HSBC, Barclays, Insight Investment, Goldman, RBC Capital, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch. His area of expertise includes high performance order management systems, compliance and risk, business strategy and programme management. David has a Bachelors in Business Economics from the University Of Exeter and a M.A in Business Systems Analysis and Design at the University of London.

Phillip has 12 years of experience developing software in C++ and embedded C. He started his career as a physicist working in complexity theory, where he developed Monte Carlo simulations to model traffic flow in cities. Then he moved on to data analysis for the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider, where he searched for new particles at extremely high energies. After pursuing his Ph.D, he moved into the aerospace industry, developing security and flight software for Airbus.

Ryan has a Masters and Bachelors of Science in psychology with an emphasis in clinical applications, neuropsychology, game theory and statistical analysis. He has 7 years experience managing inpatient and outpatient clinical treatment. Ryan transferred careers to address systemic issues in financial issues in 2017. He has 3 years experience operating blockchain technology startups with an emphasis on project management and team culture.

Ellen is a Chief Compliance Officer and she is primarily responsible for overseeing compliance within Chintai. Ellen is passionate about regulations and building an ethical compliance culture. Ellen had worked with internationally recognised global banks and she has been recognised in her field for securing licences, compliance, risk management and building strong rapport with regulators. In her spare time, Ellen enjoys cardio workout such as cycling and jogging. Ellen currently lives in Singapore.

Gulnara has a 17+ years career in Information Security and Risk Management. She worked in large international organizations, such as Cargill Inc, PwC and Deutsche Boerse Group. Holding a PhD in mathematics, Gulnara researched complexity of cryptographic protocols.

Josh has had an 11 year career in Real estate in both retail and commercial lending. Josh also co-founded Chimera Wealth RIA and has vast experience in building key relationships for growing business. Josh invested into Chintai in 2021 during the seed round and is heading Investor Relationships and Distribution.

Partner at Pinsent Masons, Tom is a highly experienced financial regulatory and fintech practitioner and leads global regulatory engagement.

Fungai has a bachelor degree in Business management from University of South Africa. She has 8+ years experience in administration and accounting. She loves to read and listening to people's life stories.

Nash’s background is in biomedical science research. He worked for University of Oxford for three years alongside world leading experts, and was responsible for contributing to the production of high quality research with the intention of curing neurodegenerative diseases. Michael became a C++ Developer in parallel to his work at Oxford and provides quality assurance and smart contract development for Chintai.

Paul is a self-taught Full-Stack developer from Germany. He has several years of wide ranging programming experience from web development to real time communication. Before joining Chintai in 2021 he worked as an independent contractor.

Mirela is a fast learner and picked up coding in a very short time. She puts focus on user experience when she is coding a website, has management experience and strong communication skills. Always excited to learn new things, Mirela brings knowledge in both website and application development.

Aleem has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from COMSATS University, Pakistan. He has more than five years of experience in software development as a Full-Stack developer. He is quick learner and passionate about providing web and mobile technological solutions.

He is a self-taught system administrator and team leader. He has 15 years of wide ranging IT experience: networks, servers, virtualisation, devops, public cloud, etc. He is a high-energy, result-driven fan of new technology who believes that IT changes the world.

Shannen has a bachelors degree in product design from the University of Edinburgh. Over the last few years, she have collaborated with a diverse group of product teams to create data-driven, human-centred interfaces and digital products. She approaches design with a focus on people, establishing empathy for the end users. Her design practice combines design thinking, user research and experience strategy, all with a relentless focus on the user. In my free time, she has taught herself to code in front-end languages: Javascript, HTML, CSS, and machine learning in python.

Freelancing in web development since high school creating static pages, blogs and simple apps for fun. During university co-founded a company specialising in PC case airflow and size optimisations - Enclosures Mobile. During a couple of years in England worked on hardware and software for bespoke servers made for companies such as Amazon, Yandex, Twitter amongst others. Later, in 2017, developed the frontend codebase from scratch for a successful startup creating an e-learning platform for children and their parents - Pomelody. Most recent years spent developing frontend codebases for brand new trading platforms for various markets at HSBC.

Davide is a a passionate software engineer with a PhD in Mathematics and Computer Science and almost a decade of experience in developing C/C++ applications. Davide began his career in academia, where he spent four years working in the field of High-Performance Computing and GPGPU. In 2018, he left academia to join ASML where he successfully contributed to the development of next-generation ultraviolet lithography machines by writing software that sped up the production of microchips. Later, Davide joined flatexDEGIRO as a senior software backend C++ engineer, where he wrote high-performance distributed software that powers the largest retail broker in Europe. He is a keen cyclist and loves classical and jazz music.

Lorenzo is a Frontend Engineer with a profound passion for UI and UX design. His career started as a .NET Full Stack Developer in 2009, but he began his journey as a Frontend Engineer in 2013 when he immersed himself in topics like UX and UI. Over the years, Lorenzo has sharpened his technical skills and embraced the latest technologies and frameworks, always striving to stay at the forefront of software development. Besides his professional pursuits, Lorenzo has a keen interest in music, with particular skills in playing the piano and drums. He is also deeply passionate about football.

Jesús is a cybersecurity and cloud engineer with over a decade of experience in IT security, having held roles ranging from Director and team leader to DevOps, Security, Support, and Developer positions. Jesús bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions by implementing comprehensive security measures and automating processes to enhance efficiency and protection within organizations. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor sports, especially rock climbing.

Matteo has held various roles during his work experience, starting as an IT engineer and moving up to software development, which he deals with daily. He is passionate about good programming practices and the CLEAN CODE principle. His motto is "Think first and code then" because the product being created must be beautiful, functional, and intuitive. Matteo has always focused on the product's UX (User Experience) because usability is the software's first impression on whoever is using it. He spent the last years on projects with a high traffic volume in multi-country environments.

Anna is a seasoned manager with over 10 years of experience in finance, business operations, product development, and client relations in global financial institutions. At Chintai, she bridges business strategy and product execution, leveraging her expertise in fintech and traditional finance. Anna holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She further honed her analytical and problem-solving skills with postgraduate studies in Business and Systems Analysis and holds an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. Outside of work, Anna enjoys hiking, cycling, and cooking, as well as exploring the fields of science and psychology.

Dhurga is educated with a Business Administration degree with a specialization in internal audit and four years of regulatory compliance experience with a multinational professional services company, she possesses a keen eye for detail and a knack for uncovering discrepancies. However, she finds solace in the pages of a good book where she can escape into different realms and perspectives. Dhurga is a passionate traveler, she believes that traveling not only broadens her horizons but also enriches her understanding of diverse cultures and people.

Jiaming holds a Bachelor of Economics degree, he started his career in the AML field after he graduated from the university, he worked previously in a prestigious global bank monitoring hundreds of client transactions for any suspected money laundering activities. He has a strong interest in the AML field and is always a keen learner. Jiaming will continue to excel in his position as a Compliance Analyst and contribute to his team at Chintai. During his free time, Jiaming likes to hunt for food and enjoy his family time.

Margaret is a dedicated and results-driven Customer Service Specialist with 12 years of experience in international customer care across various industries. She has excelled in roles such as customer support, call center (BPO), escalations specialist, supervision, and quality analysis. Skilled in managing customer care for multiple brands, Margaret ensures top-notch service and customer satisfaction, with proficiency in CRM systems and expertise in business management, marketing, and effective communication. Outside of work, Margaret enjoys traveling, exploring new places, visiting game parks, staying at resorts, relaxing on beaches, and gardening.

Rick is a seasoned entrepreneur, founder, investor, and strategic advisor. He has established multiple web3 technology companies, invested in numerous startups, and provided board-level guidance to innovative companies in the technology and fintech sectors. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Rick advised Fortune 500 companies on multi-billion dollar M&A deals as a strategy consultant with EY.
